Rubina Khalid, Chairperson of the Instructions for BISP Beneficiaries , has issued important instructions to help beneficiaries receive their payments safely, easily, and without any hassle.
Do Not Visit Payment Centers Without Receiving the 8171 Message
Chairperson Rubina Khalid advised all BISP beneficiaries to wait until they receive an official message from 8171 before visiting any payment center. Many women go to the centers without receiving this confirmation message, which creates unnecessary crowding and sometimes causes eligible women to miss their payment.
How to Receive Full BISP Payment
To receive your full BISP amount, follow these steps:
- Wait until you receive the confirmation SMS from 8171.
- Take your original CNIC
- Show your CNIC and the 8171 message to the representative.
- Your fingerprint will be verified through the BISP System.
- Once verified, you will be informed of your balance and paid the full amount.
- Always ask for a receipt as proof that you received the full payment.

Report Any Issues or Deductions
If you do not receive the full amount or face any deductions, you can file a complaint in one of the following ways:
- Call the BISP Toll-Free Number: 0800-26477 from your mobile or landline.
- Visit your nearest BISP Tehsil Office to submit a complaint in person.
Rubina Khalid emphasized that every beneficiary has the right to receive the full payment, and no deductions are allowed.
Bank Accounts for Women Beneficiaries
To make the payment process more transparent and convenient, BISP is opening bank accounts for all eligible women. Once your account is opened, your quarterly BISP installment will be directly deposited into your account. You will be able to withdraw the payment at any time from your bank or ATM.
Important Guidelines to Remember
- Do not go to the payment center until you receive an SMS from 8171.
- Never give money to any agent or middleman. BISP payments are completely free.
- Do not share your CNIC or personal information with strangers.
- Always collect your receipt after receiving payment.
- Be aware of fraudulent messages or calls pretending to be from BISP.
